RTP Composite Pipeline Glass Fiber Tape Reinforced Winding Machine, Polyester Filament Yarn
Main Feature
The Polyester yarn, fiberglass and aramid yarn winding machine for RTP pipe production line is used for winding polyester yarn and aramid yarn as the reinforced layer of RTP.
It is mainly used for winding multilayer of glass fiber reinforced on the outer layer of high pressure composite pipe, through multilayer hot melt method stick the glass fiber on the outer wall of inner pipe, to form a fully combined solid wall structure.
- Each pad pay-off tension adopts ZF hysteresis tenison control, which can realize full pad to empty pad pay-off tension constant.
- Inner adopt far infrared heater. Heating temperature automatically track the line speed and keep constant.
Application
The first layer fiberglass reinforced tape winding and bonding: make fiberglass reinforced tape continuously wind and tie to high density polyethylene pipe outer wall according to heating bonding way. Rotation direction is right rotation of going direction. On the second stranding cage, make fiberglass tape continuously wind and tie to the first layer fiberglass reinforced tape according to heating bonding way. Rotation direction is left rotation of going direction. The other 6 sets of winding machine behind also work like this.
