UV radiation Cross-linking Cable Equipment is composed of the UV radiation crosslinking box, air cooling fans unit,control cabinet and power supply cabinet .First operator use mixed polyolefin which can be irradiate to crosslinking by UV to extrude and coat the wire , then make the coated wire to thread the UV Irradiation cross-linking box , when the wire out ,it has cross-linked , next make the wire into the cooling through to cool the wire, after follow-up process ,we can obtain the cable production . Besides, the equipment can be
installed the old and common production line, user only modify the production line few , not too more space , only install up traction , irradiation box ,the power and controlling penal and fans, that meet producing cable production.
